daXos does. Loggers and sensors ship with the subscription, are replaced at year 4 at no cost, and come back to us if you stop. Nothing to buy, nothing to depreciate.
The logger goes in the vehicle or on the trailer's front wall; the sensor sticks inside the box. No wiring into the reefer unit and no OBD port. Minutes per vehicle, and your drivers do nothing.
From −4 °F to 140 °F (−20 °C to +60 °C) — chilled, frozen at 0 °F, room temperature. For deep-frozen loads below −4 °F, or dry ice, talk to us first.
Yes — a low and a high limit per vehicle, trailer or sensor, so a chilled van, a frozen zone and a room-temperature medicine tote each have their own. Alerts go to the people you choose.
It adds an independent record of what the box actually reached, separate from the reefer unit's setpoint. Whether that record meets your customer's, your auditor's or your regulator's requirements is your call to make. If you need a certified or calibrated recorder, ask us before you order.
Yes. Every report opens as a web page or prints to PDF, so you choose what to share and with whom — with the invoice, or when a delivery is questioned.
One logger, one sensor and the Fresh dashboard, for $25 a month. On a van or truck the logger records the run and every stop, and the sensor watches temperature, humidity and the door in the box. On a reefer trailer the logger runs on its own battery while parked. Need front and rear, or a chilled and a frozen zone? Add sensors at $3 a month each.
You do. It is exportable at any time through the dashboard, API or MCP. Raw measurements are deleted at three months unless we agree a longer window in writing — for example to keep a year of transport temperature records. Everything goes when you leave.
