I have read and accept the daXos Fresh Sales Terms and the Data Processing Agreement — including that the loggers and sensors remain daXos property and come back to daXos when the subscription ends, and that daXos Fresh is a monitoring service — not a certified temperature record, a security service or insurance for the goods carried.
